Future libraries with the Web 2.0

Web 2.0 is a user-centered virtual community where everyone gets to participate. It has become the center of our new high-tech culture which affects virtually every library customer. The libraries must change with the 2.0 culture and allow its customer to change the culture of the library. Future libraries is to continually change its services, and find new ways to help customers to seek, find, and utilize information.
